That's it, this example of foresight gives me the the idea to buy a new place now, because after #4 I will surely need to move somewhere is 2031. Even thought I have not identified #4 yet.

Yes, he's wrong. Medicaid isn't being cut. The requirements to get on it are stricter, particularly for those who are able bodied but do not work.
