OK I give you credit for sense of humor on your last post. But your initial post calling a second place finish in a national championship event a failure is a bit of an over reach. Thanks! Goal accomplished...
I watched the video first and saw the ground the winning team made up to win and felt bad for the kid that lost. Then...chuckled when I saw the P on the jersey of 2nd place. Yes - still a great accomplishment!OK I give you credit for sense of humor on your last post. I'm not sure I've seen anyone lose a 50 meter lead like that. Kudos to the USC woman for never giving up and giving her team the title. The Purdue runner reminded me of Leon Lett in the Super Bowl and Don Beebe running him down. She went into a jog and it cost her. Pretty embarrassing
Watch the video....she failed. Moral of the story is finish through the line. She didn't and it cost her and gave USC the team title.OK I give you credit for sense of humor on your last post. The Purdue anchor ran the 2nd fastest leg. The USC Anchor just happened to run the fastest.I watched the video first and saw the ground the winning team made up to win and felt bad for the kid that lost.
