If you have the connections, set up a charity, get USAID to kick in a hundred million or so, and then pay yourself and your staff millions and throw a few sheckles to the 'charity'.

Oh, nothing much. Just that the judge who is blocking the expulsion of illegal alien gang bangers has a daughter who was raking in the money from USAID for her 'charity'. And virtually all the other judges who are trrying to block Trump have relatives and friends who are getting fat off USAID money that is going away.

People think the Deep State is politicians and bureaucracy - it's not. It's the US judiciary. And they're in there for life.
