- They will call what they believe in, wants them to be free to do that
- Allen is involved with the day-to-day planning, but specific calls belong to Guerrieri
- Important to be on the same page and to make calls in the way the system is built
- Feels “very aligned” with Guerrieri
- Allen will evaluate at halftime and after games, but won’t second guess in games
