Who’s “he”? Portes did not do any of this. Portes is a lunatic bit player that has no sway, influence, or power. He’s like the MTG of the French far left. He’s not representative of the far left, let alone the NPF.He caused massive consolidation amongst the left to prevent losing to the far right. You are looking at one of the four parties that came together to form the NPF. My understanding is that France Unabowed, Socialists, Greens and Communists came together to form the NFP, which as a bloc, is the largest contingent.
