Very much the same of what I used to receive as info when I was scouting. Every couple of years, there was a publication that would look back at the Top 100 or Top 250 from 6 or 7 years ago to see who had done what. 30%-40% was typical as to playing a down of football.
History is littered with "can't miss" guys, who absolutely DID miss. It is also full of unrated, 2 star and three star guys who just kept getting better. That's why you better get that degree.......

IU had a 5-star recruit in that class. Too bad he ended up robbing a liquor store. The Hoosiers are better offer focusing on 3-star kids that don't have to shave yet.
