No, he is using EA Sports NCAA Football 2014 but manually updated the rosters to match the current teams.

I'm not a nerd or anything that watches this sort of thing on YouTube. I'm cool dammit! Cool I tells ya!

But, there is some Aussie that has a channel who has an NCAA 14 series and did a bit where he did the recruiting & simmed through the seasons in 5 year re-builds of every team in the NCAA using current rosters (as of last year when he did it) and plays the last season's bowl game.



Spoiler: IU goes 12-0 in year 5 but ends up in the Orange Bowl vs. Rutgers.
