She averaged 8.5 points and 3.3 rebounds a game for Oregon this year, including a 37 point effort against a Stanford team that was in the top 5 all year. This is a great pick-up for Coach Moren.

We need a big and a three point shooting guard.
Is she either?
We lost great players this year. Great G defense from NCH, leadership from Patberg, and a F in Gulbe. Those three will be hard to replace.

I'd think Holmes ..Berger And now Parrish..
Would give the Lady Hoosiers a fighting chance in most games..
You can do business in womens basketball with three scorers...
Probably not what they've been..But surely not junk..

This is great. Her and the other portal player will provide immediate help. I think Chloe is ready to take over at point. Maryland has just had key players head to the portal. We easily can be somewhere top 4 in the Big Ten though Iowa is as much a lock to be 1 as anyone ever is.

It means a to lot to have an Indiana player come home, it can open up that door.

Good pickup, glad to have a Miss Basketball come home to play. Also think the recruits coming in will help too.
The recruits are very interesting. Yardon. PG from Israel. Hanna a G from Finland.
Bargesser and Meister from MN and Mi. Bargesser is fast. State champ in 100 and 200. At least per my memory.

Bargesser has me very hopeful, I am reminded that Tyra qualified for state in several events. Maybe next year there will be a little depth, that hasn't been a strong suit for us.

The transfer from Providence is Gulbe’s replacement. Parrish is a shooting guard.

Are any of them babes?
You were the second person I thought of when I saw our new transfer. Not your normal type but gorgeous.
My friend was a player in high school and college. She gets so mad when her dad talks about how pretty our girls are, not their basketball skills. Told her not to show him Sydney’s picture.

Bargesser blew out her knee in December, recovering from knee surgery. This more than likely set her back a bit!

Thanks. And she has a twin sister. I wonder if she plays.
BTW, for Uncle Mark, she is pretty.

Babe.

"Her and the other portal player will provide immediate help."

LOL Aren't you one of the grammar police?

Oh God no. When grammar was taught I paid zero attention. I wish I knew grammar, but if I dangle a participle you will have to point it out with 8 by 10 color glossy photos with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each. And I still won't know.

I thought they were pretty high on the young lady from Israel (Yardon?). Does getting Scalia, Parrish and the gal from Finland change anything in her status?
It looks like CTM is loading up! Can't wait to see next year's team rock the B1G

And another portal pickup, Sara Scalia from Minnesota.

Wow..................huge pick-up!! Had she played for IU this year, she would have been far & away our best 3 pt shooter. And she led Minnesota in defensive rebounding. Looks like they'll be playing 3 guards next year.

I do not know.
What I can find about Yardon is she can play PG, SG, and SF. Very experienced from Europe leagues.
Scalia is a scorer. Lead MN last year. I am trying to find out if she is a PG or SG or both.
Parrish did not score much last year. The Oregon coach said something about her being the best pure shooter in the country. Her stats did not bear that out.
It will be interesting to see how Europe leagues prepare you for the big ten. Sandvik (Finland) and Yardon (Israel) have that experience. Scalia has big ten experience and Parrish has pac 10 experience.
It will be interesting to see who plays where and how they gel.
