2019 recruiting class

Are we legitimately still in the running for Trendon Watford? What about Harmond Beverly, Tre Mitchell and Lester Quinones? I think we need one more recruit for this class.

Maybe smith or green would transfer out???

1 or 2 guys on roster that I don’t see contributing as well. (Anderson, Moore, Forrester)

I'd take a grad transfer thats 6'9/6'10 banger who averages 12 a game over all those Freshmen..
Being physically strong and 22 ..Is a super plus over someone like Romeo going for 50 on some kid from Seymour..

Yeah, we need a banger big man but not a Fitzner type or a guy who is deadly from 3. I think Green and Smith stick around. A possible transfer of either Moore or Anderson. Anderson just looks awkward out there, not sure what that staff saw in him.

Agreed. And a role player like Brian Sloan or Steve Eyl ( older fans will remember).Screens, rebounds , bang the opponents, etc. Those guys would have black eyes , etc. They would get the 50/50 balls, a key rebound or provide a hard foul, etc. Gave the team an edge.

Seems IU can't or doesn't find those kids .

We have those types of players now in McBob and Thompson, but people bitch, moan and complain about them taking a roster spot/scholly and getting playing time.
