$2 billion suit against Kelley Biz School

To be clear, the suit is against individuals for violating a NDA, not the school.

What do you think is realistic in terms of collecting damages? $1-2B was the estimated profit in the business case, but aren’t actual damages based more on reality than hypothetical?
I know, but my title is click bait (and a shot at you biz majors).

No clue on the likelihood of success. I'd have to know much more.

This article did make me hate B-schoolers even more.
No son. This article just drilled home yet again what we already knew about these movers and shakers. Not even out of school working on multi billion dollar development projects. You know what they had me work on in school. A failed septic tank at a trailer park the owner wouldn’t update. My god. What were we doing

They screwed over an alumnus (President's Circle!!). How much more info you need?
Not only that, but they(read: the Kelley group) valued the screwing at $1-2B. I assume that's profit over a 20 year period?
