Patently absurd. Like all bureaucracies there is probably immense bloat. But USAID has done amazing work in AIDS prevention and HIV treatment around the world, especially Africa. They literally provide life-saving care to millions of patients and Trump needs to reopen this pathway ASAP or he has blood on his hands.

The GSA removed USAID from the lease on it's huge, mostly empty DC building.
Employees showing up for work were not allowed in the building.
