    Hosts St. John's tonight

I wonder if he means a shot where you lean over and strike the ball with your leg parallel to the ground. I could see that (maybe?) being interpreted as a 'half-bicycle kick'.

Anybody going to Clemson on the 26th?

I am planning to go, but I have to visit my Mom in North Carolina around that time. I hope to do that the weekend before the match.

    Saffold

Looks like he signed a one-year deal with the Bills.

    Game 3

One thing I learned from my previous job: It can always get worse.

    Roman going pro

Dang... I was really worried when Trey Muse moved on, but Roman Celantano stepped right in. Here's hoping next man up maintains the tradition.

    We are No. 100+?......

Given the early schedule, they certainly could take their lumps, but Mercer has really only been coach two seasons (can't count 2020) and has a conference title to his name. He did win that with a team largely built by Chris Lemonis, but I'm willing to give him at least a couple more years to...

    2022 Schedule released

Troy might not hurt us too badly in that regard. They've been a pretty respectable program though they have a new coach this year... Skyler Meade... who spent a few years as pitching coach at MSU where they led the Big10 in ERA a couple of times under his watch. He was hired away from South...

    2022 Schedule released

Also, that Miami games sticks out like a sore thumb from a travel perspective. That's a long way to come back for a single game before heading to Texas

    2022 Schedule released

Good chance of that, but I'm only 30 minutes away from Clemson. I'll go see if they can hang with the Tigers a bit. If so, there's some hope for a win at Round Rock. Those six games will do wonders for the strength of schedule!

    College Cup set

I agree completely. Hoping for Washington, but certainly the winner of that semi.

Joey Maher’s golden goal propels Hoosiers into Big Ten Final

I watched that loop for five solid minutes. Simply incredible!

    New coach

This is encouraging at least. "Simmons came to Indiana from Kent State, where he was an assistant coach since 2017. He worked closely with position players and hitters, while also serving as the recruiting coordinator. Entering the 2018-19 school year, Kent State’s incoming freshman class was...

    Texas and Oklahoma to SEC?

If true, this will test the resolve of the (mythical?) Gentlemen's Agreement schools.

    New AD Nebraska

I moved to Omaha before Trev Alberts' senior year in Lincoln. He is more than just an ex-player to those folks. He is the embodiment of all they want a player to be... All-american talent, intelligent, handsome and an all around good egg. I'm sure they're hoping he does as well as an AD.

    Weird news.

While I trust IU's ability to replace a good coach every 2-3 years, it does get tough when you're having to replace multiple coaches at the same time. This is a blow and really could impact the program. We have to hope our growing reputation continues to attract good coaches and that Mercer/IU...

    Weird news.

    1) No one said Indiana was a 'shitty job'. It's one of the two or three best jobs in a conference only a tick better than mid-major in baseball. It's a good job, but we can't do anything about geography, so there's no use complaining about it. 2) I appreciate the fact that we live in a free...

    Weird news.

Actually, I feel pretty good that an elite program like South Carolina thinks our staff is good enough to hire away. It's a major step up in Parker's career. I wish him good luck and look forward to seeing which new rising coach we identify to take his place. The unfortunate reality is the...

    No Vax no admittance?

I'm not interested in an argument about whether or not someone should or should not get the vaccine, but the percentage above is false. As Sonap stated above, over 20% of the population is FULLY vaccinated. Far more have received a single dose. The number I saw was 36%+, but that was a couple...

    Coach Of The Year:

This isn't true. The Sun Belt hold an advantage head-to-head in both regular season (34-30) and bowl games (13-9). The bowl record shows the best of the Sun Belt normally beat the best of the MAC.
