Recession it is...

I'm noticing a trend.

  • There won't be any substantial inflation. Wrong.
  • Inflation will be transitory. Wrong
  • Inflation has peaked. Wrong
  • We don't see the economy slipping into a recession anytime soon. Wrong
  • We're not in a recession. Wrong
  • The economy is strong. Wrong
I won't list all the covid fallacies, but it hasn't been a good 2-3 years for our central planners (that includes Trump). As, always, the answer is buy Bitcoin and sleep like a baby at night. The notion that 7 unelected people should be in charge of the money supply is barbaric and leads to many of the issues were facing today.

Any computer network expert on this forum?

Sorry to disappoint you guys. My question has nothing to do with Donald Trump or Joe Biden.
If there is an expert on computer networking, I would appreciate your advice.

The current configuration is:

The server is in my study (upstairs), the reason being that my computer is there.
Most TV viewing, however, is downstairs (living room).

The signal is transferred wireless via paired antennas. Unfortunately, on certain channels (especially those my wife watches), the signal is very weak. I have added booster antennas w/o much success. I am about to go out to see whether I can find a better antenna but decided to query you guys first.

Any ideas on how to improve the signal strength?
TIA

CTA BiG Media Days Comments

Lots of confirmation of things previously discussed. (Like Donaven going to CTA to play receiver). Nice quote in Fisch’s Schenkel award.

Praise for the three academic all big ten honorees at media days, in addition to their All Big Ten Honors.
In a senior laden defense, where one may anticipate a lot of leaders, Sr. LB Cam Jones is a 3-time Team Captain.

There will be a game 1 (season) starter named. Donaven will see some snaps at QB.

… by design we came out of spring football and felt like there wasn’t a clear guy to name, so didn’t do that. But I love the competition piece to the process and to be able to have to prove it every single day all summer long now into fall camp.

Obviously we’ll have a starter named before the opener, but the bottom line is that, once that person is named, he’ll be the starter. Not expecting a dual situation, but at the same time, as we saw last year and we learned up close and personal, that things happen, injuries happen, and you’d better have more than one guy that’s going to be able to be your starting quarterback in your program. So I feel like we have that with several individuals.

Donaven is a young man who’s played for us at quarterback position, has moved into receiver. But yes, we’ll still have packages for him in that opportunity because of his skill set that he brings to our football team, and it’s all about getting your best players on the field.

When during your IU hoops following "career"

Have you felt the highest on cloud 9?

1990-1991 season to present for me, So I'll say #1 and a win over Fab5 for Michigan in 92-93 and then absolutely blowing out Illinois at home, but then the following week Pat Graham threw a way ill advised pass (according to him) to Hendo causing an injury... Aghhh..

I'm gonna say the 73-64 win over Oklahoma in F4
setting up title game vs the KU/Mary winner. Deep down I knew these were the only two teams I knew IU would lose too...

1987 jumpshot over Cuse? 81? 87? 75 and 76? What say you?
