But Trump's not upset enough to pick up his legal bills. And Giuliani is out of money. So sooner or later Giuliani's going to trade in his loyalty to Trump for 30 pieces of silver. And then we will see how devastated Trump is about Giuliani's being indicted. He is going to turn on Rudy and tell the courts that he never thought any of these things were illegal because he was convinced of that by Rudy.

I love the movie All the President's Men with Jason Robard, Dustin Hoffman and Robert Redford. But this Trump fiasco is going to be at least a 12-part miniseries with 19 people trying to scramble into a six-person life raft.

Perhaps a story line more after ”The Firm” firm where Tom Cruise tells Ed Harris to go after the ‘mob’s’ lawyers. (After firm security gets Gene Hackman on the Caribbean ‘Banking Paradise‘ island).

Ringing up Rudy and Sydney has the tone of revenge porn to me.
Anyone who supports Trump must be punished too.
Just like Flint, Maniford, Stone, and Carter.

I've been wondering more and more about Meadows -- a Chief of Staff has far more direct government responsibility than the vice president.

Yet, the Georgia indictment shows Meadows performing a lot of ekection tasks for Trump's campaign like attending meetings, making phone calls, traveling to Georgia to watch ballot counting.

If he's doing all that for Trump's campaign, then who the hell is running the country in his place? And, I thought there were laws in place to keep candidates from campaigning with government resources. That's why a President's campaign has to reimburse the government for flying to a rally on Air Force One. Think Trump has reimbursed the government for Meadows' time?

Their lies were central to the racketeering enterprise, so the biggest liars are obviously near the orange core of the criminal mob and must be held accountable.

So you think arresting people that are accessory to the crime is wrong?

In a bank robbery, is the getaway driver innocent in your eyes?

They have evidence of them breaking the law. They will likely use that evidence to give them a deal to flip on Trump.

If they flip then obviously they disagree with you about their innocence

When you lie with dogs, you get up with fleas. Or covered in shit.

Giuliani's fall from grace has been nothing short of spectacular. 35 years ago he was the most respected federal prosecutor in the country, taking down mob bosses and putting plenty of bad guys behind bars. He parlayed that into an enormously successful run as Mayor of New York. The city benefited from a dramatic reduction in crime, a spike in tourism and an outstanding reputation. After 9/11, he was the most admired man in America.

Giuliani's problem, in addition to alcohol, is that he craves the spotlight. He's got to be relevant. After his unsuccessful bid for the presidency, he wasn't newsworthy anymore. Trump gave him a chance to be noticed again and he jumped at it. The rest, as they say, is history. Hand down his pants in a hotel room with a woman less than half his age in a Borat movie. Drunken ramblings on Election Night 2020. The disastrous Four Seasons (Landscaping) presser. Enabling Trump by promoting election fraud fiction despite privately conceding that "We've got lots of theories, we just don't have the evidence."

Now he's apparently almost broke and reportedly begging Trump for money to cover his legal expenses. Guy has destroyed his reputation - - and legacy.

It’s pretty remarkable. He could have very easily played his cards right and ride the “America’s Mayor” thing most likely for the rest of his life. It’s not hard to see an alternate universe for him where he has book deals, speaking engagements, honorary degrees and maybe even a movie to keep him relevant and wealthy.

Unfortunately he hitched his wagon to Trump and like all things associated with Trump, his life turned to sh!t.

Maybe there is something I’m not seeing, but either Rudy goes to jail or he somehow parlays his mess into a Michael Cohen-like redemption tour. I guess we’ll see.

Trump is all about loyalty, as long as you’re talking about loyalty to him. Trump isn’t loyal to anyone but himself.

That may be why Trump is upset about Giuliani's indictments.

Giuliani appears without funds to defend himself, i.e. without funds to remain loyal to Trump. Trump knows this.

We need an over/under on how many of the other 18 indicted co-conspirators flip on Trump.

I say at least 4, so over/under 3.5

Meadows and Giuliani are likely, I'd think
