Though, I think the complicating factor here is that Green appears to have instigated and been the aggressor in the incident in the first place, then continued to cause a scene afterward.

Had he just be reacting to something, and let the situation get out of hand culminating in a slap, I might be on board with you, but that does not appear to be the case.

Green appears to have made poor decisions before and after the assault, so its not just a singular mistake.
