I'm guessing those who have been screaming to "Release the Kraken!" are going to be much more reserved in wanting to hear from her now.

I know there will be a huge belief she has a smoking gun. It seems to me that Trump has been a whole lot smarter than many give him credit for (perhaps excluding the documents case). I suspect Powell will have a lot of "Trump said it would be nice if..." or maybe "it's too bad 'xyz' doesn't happen". While his associates may firmly believe those were orders, I suspect a jury won't see it that way.

I may well be wrong, but based on his "a lot of people say ...." comments in public, he is pretty careful to leave an alternative meaning. But I do suspect Giuliani has a whole lot to fear.
