Here we go, down the homestretch! After our difficult start to conference play, who could have imagined we'd be sitting in 2nd place with still a shot, albeit a long shot, at sharing the regular season conference title. Before we can talk about that, we have to contend with the Hawkeyes and the Raging Frans.
Even after the big win at Purdue on Saturday, I do not expect a hangover. Iowa should have our full attention after what happened in Iowa City in January. Hard to imagine we let them come into Assembly Hall and beat us.
I expect big games from TJD, JHS, and Galloway, with Bates and Reneau getting back on track with solid supporting contributions. The spread I saw a few minutes ago was 6 points. We cover easily and win by double digits in a high scoring affair.
