These types of sweetheart real estate deals unfortunately nothing new between our political class and their benefactors.

In fairness, the deal as described looks pretty straightforward. Mom living rent free is the only concern.

Hell, class B RVs run 100-150k new, and those are literally van/sprinter vans with a camper conversion. You get into class A diesel pushers you are looking at double that or more for starting prices. Son in law's dad dropped 120k on a 5th wheel camper a few years ago.
