If you were leading this team, what are some moves you would make that you're sure would get the train rolling in the right direction?
My starting 5:
Trayce
Race
Lander
Bates
Kopp
Let the younguns learn on the job.
Parker is sixth man
Geronimo spells Kopp, with Race for small ball
If Lander isn't an option, Galloway spells XJ at the point. Rob is a d&2 not a point.
I would incentivise block-out drills and emphasize rebounding, and shoot 100 fts at the end of each practice. It's clear these guys are weak on some fundamental techniques.
I've never coached basketball, but these sound great from my sofa. What say you?
