I would guess TSJ's case is eventually dropped. I've read portions of the affidavit and at best, it's a "he said, she said" case. Also a lot of shotty details and timelines that don't add up.Devil's in the details. And we're not privy to them.
Only way I'd hold it against Underwood, is if he either knew, or believed, that TSJr did commit rape...and still played him.
Anything else, and you have to play him...its not Underwood's place to make that judgement call if the school and legal system can't/won't...again, if he doesn't know the truth of it all.
