Even better, the head of the Russian space agency explained their lander's crash into the moon this way:

“Instead of the planned 84 seconds, the engine worked for 127 seconds,” he added. “This was the main cause of the spacecraft’s crash.”​

In other words, we just made the engine too damn good.
