Italians, correct me if I'm wrong: I spent time in Italy in the 90s and ordered quite a few "pizzas". They came out uncut with a knife and fork. Whether in Rome, Pisa (dump!), Florence....all my pizzas were unsliced and I ate them like a steak. And you could put anything on them: squid, fried eggs, etc.

Usually I got a nice little green salad w V&O and salt/pepper...

Made my stay delightful.

The only pizza ive eaten with a fork is from Bazbeaux pizza. Only the 1st slice though. Seems to come out the brick
Oven on 🔥, but cools off after that 1st slice is eaten. Every other pizza i dont use any utensils!
