WTF is going on with our field?!

I'm watching the stream and 80% of the field is brown. I can't tell if the grass is just dead but at least there's grass...or if it's large spots that are mostly dirt.

IU has always had a great pitch; anyone know what happened? Not sure if it was like this earlier this year.

Gotcha, so it's bermuda, which has just turned brown...but is otherwise fine and plays well.

Didn't realize we had Bermuda; it's hard to maintain in the Indiana climate. It sure looks crappy to watch on a live stream, but let's hope we have two more games at Armstrong stadium to watch this year.

Bloomington is right on the north/south line for Bermuda. Our winters can kill it sometimes.
