With Gooch's move to Bandit and Scale's suspension, IU is thin at Inside LB

With out vaunted opponent really using the tight end a bunch, IU's inside linebackers will have to do a much better job finding him after play action. Simmons is so doggone short and coverage has never been his strong suit. With a redshirt freshman and walk-on being the primary backups for Oliver and Simmons this week... Yikes...

On an unrelated note. I hope IU can get something out of the return game. In Wynn and Coleman (for one yr) IU had an explosive return game. Right now it seems to be about fielding the punt and not losing yardage and hoping to get back to the 20.
