We have NOT lost 5 in a row at home to Purdue. Just because ESPN says it doesn't make it a fact. Hell, they showed a clip of Randy "Whitman.". Their coverage is nearly as bad as our team.

The hope on the Boiler side is walk-on senior Tommy Luce is the first player in Purdue history to play 4 years and never lose to IU. Needs one more win. He's inexplicably a huge fan favorite

On paper, I don't see IU beating Purdue for at least another 3 years or so. Next season, they only lose Boudreaux and Proctor. Everybody else will be back. Purdue will have seniors, Haarms and Eastern, juniors, Williams, Wheeler and Stepanovich, sophomores, Hunter and Thompson. Incoming are Ivey and Morton in addition to the redshirt lifted from Newman and Gillis. I suspect Morton will redshirt though.

On the other hand, IU doesn't lose anybody valuable either. "getting old" should help both of these teams, at least on paper.

IU doesn’t have as many valuable players as does Purdue. That’s part of the problem.
