Why would Graham decide now is the time to call Mueller?

I can think of two reasons: 1. to embarrass and discredit Mueller, and 2. to help Trump switch the discussion away from COVID-19. The Trumpees ridiculed Mueller's testimony the last time, so I wonder if they think Mueller will do a worse job this time. I can't imagine Graham is doing this for a legitimate reason like learning the unredacted truth about Stone.
