no desire to ride a electric or gas powered sled in sub zero weatherI used to go to northern Minnesota snowmobiling in mid March back in the day. We used to get all cloverdales. From bar to bar to bar.
Man I hate to agree with you. But you are 100% right on this one.no desire to ride a electric or gas powered sled in sub zero weather
shit, just googled snowmobiles, I don't want you agreeing with meMan I hate to agree with you. But you are 100% right on this one.
just stupid
Maybe it will be the same people who want to travel to indy (It's not Miami) in early March?just stupid
We have a company event there in July and everyone is throwing a fit about going there due to the crime/riotsjust stupid
Wait, they're still rioting? That's news to me! Pretty sure those riots were going on in Indy, Fort Wayne....every where to be exact. We have a company event there in July and everyone is throwing a fit about going there due to the crime/riots
Have you been downtown in Minneapolis lately?Wait, they're still rioting? That's news to me! Pretty sure those riots were going on in Indy, Fort Wayne....every where to be exact.
Have you been downtown in Minneapolis lately?
Relax.Indy does not support this tourney like we would if we ever won a %$^% ng game in the B1G Tourney. Attendance has sucked, and the B1G brass evidently thinks (in error), that IU will continue to struggle to win a E%#$#$ game in this tourney. Had Indpls just gone to the games , it would still be here.
I was there over this past weekend. It was fine.Have you been downtown in Minneapolis lately?
That would lead one to believe the attendance was poor and that other events would draw more.Relax.
Indy didnt even bid to host during the next two years because of other events occuring in the city.
Interesting, our employees from outside Minneapolis won’t go near thereYep, live and work in Minneapolis. Crime isn't really much different than most other big cities, places like Indianapolis and Cincinnati are worse. And like most big cities, out of towners don't really go anywhere near the rough spots, which are frequently far out of downtown and sometimes even in some of the suburbs. Even at the height of the riots, I was still going downtown for work (not everyday, but that was COVID related) and never felt unsafe.
where did you hear that, just curious?Relax.
Indy didnt even bid to host during the next two years because of other events occuring in the city.
Don't blame them.We have a company event there in July and everyone is throwing a fit about going there due to the crime/riots
The IndyStar! Gomerwhere did you hear that, just curious?
Wouldn't that be considered the mainstream media? So where do I find the truth? GooberThe IndyStar! Gomer
You might ask aunt B. Ernest T bassWouldn't that be considered the mainstream media? So where do I find the truth? Goober
I know a lot of people like that, although it’s mostly people that haven’t been downtown Minneapolis or any other major city in years and in some cases decades. One is even uncomfortable taking the interstate through downtown even when traffic is light and other routes might add 20+ minutesInteresting, our employees from outside Minneapolis won’t go near there
you're the one who doesn't believe real news, Roscoe p ColtrainYou might ask aunt B. Ernest T bass
Suspect money involved.just stupid
What??We have a company event there in July and everyone is throwing a fit about going there due to the crime/riots
Warren was the former COO of the Vikings. Minneapolis has a friendly ear at the top.Suspect money involved.
Bigger risk of weather delaying planes or autos.
Farther travel for most teams.
Worse climate going from cab/Uber to inside stadium.
You will have to keep parka, gloves, stocking hat in your lap during game.
Suspect money involved.
what happened to Barney or Floyd???you're the one who doesn't believe real news, Roscoe p Coltrain
Some people are just paranoid.I know a lot of people like that, although it’s mostly people that haven’t been downtown Minneapolis or any other major city in years and in some cases decades. Where would Cleveland fit into this?Downtown Minneapolis is a great place to visit and does well hosting events. Direct flights from everywhere and getting around is easy. B10 tournament is always better in Indy but I don't think it's crazy to rotate to other sites.
NHL baby. State of hockey. Great sport.just stupid
Because Indy and Chicago are such shangri-la's in Mid March? At some point the cold is a bit irrelevant because if you're outside, all you want to do is get inside... think of it as a vagina and maybe that will help!just stupid
I don't think any part of this post is accurate.Indy does not support this tourney like we would if we ever won a %$^% ng game in the B1G Tourney. Attendance has sucked, and the B1G brass evidently thinks (in error), that IU will continue to struggle to win a E%#$#$ game in this tourney. And their pro team went to DallasNHL baby. State of hockey. Great sport.
I can't wait for it to be in State College.Downtown Minneapolis is a great place to visit and does well hosting events. Direct flights from everywhere and getting around is easy. B10 tournament is always better in Indy but I don't think it's crazy to rotate to other sites.

Yeah, North Stars left Minny in the lurch to go to Texas where I'm sure everyone is a hockey fan.And their pro team went to Dallas
