Like your starting 5 and that would make a pretty complete team. On your second team, I'd definitely sub Alford for Skiles. And, while I don't know what his overall stats were, Shawn Kemp was a man among boys and probably pretty similar to Big Mac, just 20 years later. Wonder where Clyde Lovelette's HS stats would place him? Great size at a time when players were smaller. Guessing he gets left out of conversations because he ended up playing at Kansas.

Not sure if that was intentional, but I do seem to remember he was 4th in Mr Bball voting his senior year and I don't think has a very high career scoring mark. What about Deshaun Thomas and Marion Pierce? 2 of the top 3 scorers not on this list either!

I'd say the best I saw in person was Sean Kemp, then Damon, Steve Alford, Troy Lewis, Rick Fox and Jay Edwards.

Jay Edwards was one of the best clutch scorers I ever saw in Indiana high school basketball. I don't think I ever saw him miss a clutch shot to tie or win a game in his HS career.

Junior Bridgman may have most successful post basketball career. He owns over 300 Wendy’s and Chili’s restaurants.

I see no one has mentioned Clyde Lovellette yet he won an NCAA championship and 3 NBA championships and Kansas retired his jersey. But he lost in the State finals.
