We were told she was getting boxes of files in crates after the first non-bombshell "bombshell". Now I only see her on TV working as Tesla's personal attorney. Release the files or resign.

What are we expecting to actually see in these files? These 100 men traveled to the island and had sex with underage girls and were never charged? If there's a cover-up guess what those files aren't going to be released. If someone is charged related to Epstein the first we're going to hear about it is when they're charged.

Trump declared yesterday he's running the Justice Dept and is the "chief law enforcement officer in the country".... So there's that....

Guess she's just there in name only.

That big folder is another thing I’ve started doing at work.

Then I’ll open my folder and with a black sharpie show it like he does

PASSED OVER
We've had a brutal stretch of misses and losses the last 9 months. 3 second place finishes, 1 "we're not contracting unless the entire team is out of your Toronto office", and 2 differed until FY '26.

That sucks!! I have one big deal hanging out there that I’ll know by fall. If it pops I’ll really go wreck myself for a few years. If not the next two years will be a grinddddddd

On average we only see 5 big deals/year that are new but they're usually always in the Jan-June time frame. So far this year we've seen 1. My pucker factor is currently at about an 8 out of 10.

Why? What’s the reason?
A couple.of things IMO

-A lot of people either replatformed or did major upgrades during Covid, so future demand got pulled forward.

-A ton of uncertainty right now with all the tariff chatter and constant uncertainty has folks holding onto capital in a wait and see mode.

80% of what we do is B2B, so the tariff stuff has a huge impact when demand is already down from the feeding frenzy earlier in the decade.

Are you on commission?

I have a comp plan with a base, commission and team bonuses. OTE would be a mix of 60/35/5 respectively. Start blowing numbers out and the 35 has been as high 66% of the mix. Those are really good years, but 24 was just a squeaker to hit plan and 25 is looking poor.

Our entire industry is down and almost all of the folks who are developing the various software packages we implement have had layoffs and pulled back marketing budgets.

Fck. That comp plan would be nice tho. Best of all worlds. Hopefully you guys can pivot a bit to make it a decent year
