Great place. Not so much for the food (it is OK) but for the South Florida vibe and views of the waterway there. I guess it is still part of the Loxahatchee River just before the inlet.

So whether you were over taxed or under served, the stipend wasn't free.
Those running the state government would say the surplus is a result of efficiently meeting the services of its citizens as compared to most states, In other words, we are good so keep us in power as proven by these stipends.
