He was not a Japanese Admiral, he was an American Admiral. This article just demonstrates that social media is often ridiculous and unhelpful in the entire world.

Neither. A proper diplomat shaves off their stache without thinking twice. He needs to look up the defintion of diplomatic. No reason to get on your high horse about something so petty. This is Trump my way or the highway America. See US ambassador to germany, netherlands. It will come back to bite us in the long run. Whether it's international relations or the budget deficit, long term doesn't mean anything to our elected politicans.
