Watching Beathard and Cook, I think Nate is head and shoulders better.

Not only did he have better stats, but he didn't have the luxury to pad his stats the way THEY did by playing against the IU defense.

Secondly with the defense as generally ineffective as it was (and I'm not trying to bad mouth it) Nate lost opportunity after opportunity to get the ball back. Thirdly, I'm curious what the drop rate was for the receivers for much of the year.

I know I'm a homer. But I'm telling like I see it.
