Precipitation is a good illustration of the limitations of film & video imaging. You can't see it, not like the naked eye can anyway. We often times fall into the trap of assuming that images we see on TV, in photo's/ etc. are exact replica's of reality, but they aren't. Sometimes when you meet famous/often filmed people in person you're shocked at how different they look in person than they do on TV & in photo's. Supposedly light has to do with this phenomenon, but I'm skeptical about that, because if that's so it should be the case with everyone, not just some people. Anyway, this is a subject that fascinates me because it's a bit of a mystery(my dad's a retired professional photographer).Generally better perspective than the BTN cameras picked up.
