Unrealistic thoughts.....

Is it unrealistic to think we will go 7-O to start the season? Don't want to put too much pressure on the team or get my hopes up since they are dealing with early season injuries, rusty players and chemistry. But I just don't see the 1st 7 Teams on our level unless I am missing something

We found last year that the number of wins mattered. I'm okay with a weaker schedule as long as we are ready once the conference season starts. The NCAA is the goal. How we get there doesn't matter.

I'll be ok with 10-1 but will be pretty upset if we don't give Wisconsin a run, at the Kohl Center or not. They're really not that good.

Rest assured for I don't think your comment, or anyone else's, will put too much pressure on the team. I just now reviewed the opening schedule and it looks like a very weak one, to the point of embarrassment. Yes, I think we will go 7-0(h, how sweet it is!).

My hope is that we do go 7-0 but do not get too full of ourselves in realizing who we went 7-0 against That way it will give us a chance to build chemistry define roles and players heal up from the various injury

Yeah, knowing our luck we will have 22-23 wins but they will then argue our schedule wasnt tough enough. BTW, we didnt deserve to get in last year. All we had to do was beat Ohio State.

I believe that once we hit December we never play a non power conference team again.

Month of December has games that will test the Hoosiers..
There is absolutely no reason why this team can't surpass pundits expectations..And be quite a bit better than last year..
