IU holds court against a Louisville squad that knocked off #10 MSU ten days ago despite an uncharacteristically poor outing for Aljami and more woeful FT shooting. B10 went 9-2 with only in-a-Rutgers and #12 Wisconsin falling, the latter to a Marquette squad that IU bested in it's one truly coherent outing of the young Season. All good news for IU and B10 rankings.Topping it all off, uK falls to mighty #56 Seton Hall in Madison Square Garden.

In totally unrelated news, word on the street in Lexington and Frankfort is that the KY's couch-burning season may open 6-10 weeks earlier than usual.

Really impressed with De'ron today for the time he was in (I think it was probably 14 or 15 minutes). Used shot fakes, footwork looked good and made some nice moves around the basket. Hope he can build off this game and continue it in conference play. Need his contribution.

And Phinisee! Stepped up and made some big time shots in crunch time. Clutch! Really going to enjoy watching him for four years.
