House of Usher was pretty good. The "When life gives you lemons..." speech is pretty epic.
Just finished Alone Season 10. May start the Alone - Frozen or season 11 soon.
Saw the first three episodes of Acolyte - decent, but not great.
Saw the first couple episodes of The Boys. Still good, but falling off a bit from the first two seasons.
Working my way through Elementary still on random days. I think I'm in season 5 now.
My son is taking a college course on Slavic Vampires, so he has had to watch a bunch of vampire movies (Nosferatu - he liked, Bram Stokers Dracula - "Meh, book was better", and Twilight - "Dear God, why did people like this?"). For his term paper, he has had to write about a modern media series or movie that involves vampires and how the story builds in a current overarching fear that society currently has (it goes along with the theme for the entire course about how the concept of mythical vampires are blamed for societies problems, ranging from plagues, sexual promiscuity, and other vices). So, he has been watching True Blood on HBO. Even though it is not great, I've watched enough to become slightly interested to see how things end. I've heard that the early seasons are much better than the latter though....
