It appears that he knows very little of science and/or agriculture. He meets Trump's agenda and qualifications perfectly! It seems he has better qualification for The Secretary of Defense or The Commander in Chief of The Air Force.

• BS in Political Science from Air Force Academy
• MBA from Golden State University in 1984
• Ph.D. from The University of Alabama in Public Administration (my note: this is the way they spell science in Alabama!) in 2006
• 25 years(1971- 1996) in the Air Force

• 2000 - 2003 William Penn University in Oskaloosa. Note: I cannot find what he did there.
