The threats are "an attack on the University's mission as a Catholic and Jesuit institution."

The Supreme Court has "continually affirmed that among the freedoms central to a university's First Amendment rights are its abilities to determine, on academic grounds, who may teach, what to teach, and how to teach it."

Where does this shit stop?

It’ll stop when the Dem sponsored racist programs are eliminated.

Probably stops when they eliminate DEI. Think that is pretty obvious.

The government has no place telling a private, sectarian institution how to run things, and you know damn well if this were a Democratic administration writing to an Evangelical school, you'd say the same.

Even if the school is discriminating? Are religious universities allowed to discriminate? I am asking as a serious question. I didn't think any I organization could discriminate.

I wonder if there’s a sloppy disconnect and they mean crt. Crt started in law schools decades ago as critical legal analysis or something. I can’t remember the name. That’s actually where it should be offered

I believe DEI is discrimination. You probably don't. We won't agree.

I don't need to sue them. I expect the DOJ and the fed govt to fight discrimination, not promote it.
Then you don't understand what discrimination is. There may be some programs under the rubric of DEI that are in fact discriminatory, but there are also some that aren't. Saying "DEI is discrimination" makes as much sense as saying "religion is child abuse." You're trying to level a specific accusation against a very generic category.
