I have tried to isolate the good Troy/bad Troy plays. I think it comes down to him being really bad off the dribble. When leading the fast break or playing at the top in half court he is forced to handle the ball and this is when the circus starts. When he has to dribble he hurries and gets sloppy with his handle, dribbles into bad spots on the floor, freaks when he gets double teamed or drives wildly and gets off his feet and caught in the air. He's like a loose horse out there and you can see the turnover coming. But when he fills the lane on the break and works away from the ball in the offense he is really, really good. So let Yogi, JBJ, or RJ lead the break and always have Troy running out ahead on the wing. When in the half court, if he finds himself at the top with the ball he just needs to give it up to another guard and go to work down low. The TW at guard experiment needs to be over!! He needs to try and be the best small forward in the country and leave the guard duties to one of the best backcourts in the country. No need to have bad Troy handling the ball when good Troy could be working to get open for dunk finishes or offensive rebounds.
