Thoughts? I know 2016 MSU ended up 3-9 but they were 2-1 and ranked when we got them.

Good post. Maybe not in the great upset category but I'd like to add the 2-OT Bucket win over PU, 2019 to the list. That win allowed us to get into the Gator Bowl in a January game & a national exposure.

Losing any of the above 3 changes the narrative of those seasons significantly.

Which means early in the year virtually nobody knew how bad Michigan State was in 2016.

Wilson had some REALLY big wins in his sights, just couldn't get the defense figured out. Very close losses to UM and OSU immediately come to mind during his era.

If I had to pick a win, probably the Missouri win would be it. That was a huge upset AND Missouri went on to win the SEC East that year. The fact it was at MO makes it a tremendous upset in the annals of IU.

I love the PSU win, too. Indiana should've beaten that bunch several different times through the years. I hope we trump them this fall in Bloomington...a little something known as payback.
