Richard Ballard hit the 5th penalty kick in the shootout to help Lou City FC clench the Eastern Conference Championship and advance to the USL Championship game. Ballard has come off the bench most of the year to give a huge boost in the 2nd half for Lou City. Loved getting to see a local Louisville kid and Hoosier grad come up so huge in a big moment. Go City and go Hoosiers!!!!!
