To be honest, I am very tired of IU always having a bad defense.

We may very well go to a bowl this year, but I hope we are at least competitive. The last time we went to a bowl, we were beaten so badly by OK State that It was embarrassing. Yes, I want to go to a bowl, but I hope we at least put up a good fight. I notice that our defense is again ranked toward the bottom of all major schools. But with such a young defense, there is hope for improvement. By the way, I have been a Hoosier fan for many, many years, and no matter what I will live an die a Hoosier fan.

While I would love the second coming of the 85 Bears, I'm actually ok with our defense this year. Look they haven't been great, but now they are at least getting turnovers and putting together multiple stops in the second half to give our offense a chance. I'll take a little of that before I demand a top defense.

You are right to set me straight. Over the years I have hated the negativity on this board--especially before game day. Then I made a post just like the ones I despise. Your right. We are 3-0, and should be 4-0 after tomorrow. Plenty of time to complain if things go bad.

It's a game!!!! Kiss your wife!!! Pet the dog!!! Call your kids!! Have a beer or glass of something good and watch the sunset.
