Just curious.....we have some pretty good seats around midfield...and have noticed a lot of Iowa fans last weekend...and of course Ohio State fans all around us earlier in the year.
I am interested in hearing from those of you who sold your tickets. I am not critical of you selling them, as its your property and you can do with them as you please.
1. Before you sold your tickets to a broker or directly to an opposing team's fan, did you first offer them to IU fans that would enjoy them?
2. How much did you receive in proceeds for either of those games?
I don't mind having opponents come into our stadium and our state as the extra commerce benefits all of us. I just want to better understand why they are sitting in some seats that many of us contributed heavily to the athletic program, and of course for the seats themselves. Perhaps, there can be a more suitable brokerage for IU fans.
Again..not critical as I often invite friends who are fans of opposing teams...and I love the friendly banter between us. I just see fans of opposing teams sitting where season ticket holders have purchased 2-8 tickets.
