CTA brought in a ton of experience this year to the coaching staff.

How these coaches all mesh together when things go south in the heart of the B10 season is key to a good or horrible season.

For instance, if we lose a heartbreaker at Cincy & get smacked head-on by the B10 season, we might never recover.

How our staff pivots in adversity to me is the key of the season. We got the talent & depth..

We need two new coordinators to work their magic through a tough pre-season & nasty big ten grind.

Let's see what happens!!

Go IU!!

I agree with you about the coaches, but they have the experience at different levels to know how to mesh so now it is up to them. As long as the coaches don't think they are football gods then working together to fix issues should be the way to go for the staff. IU has the players to keep from getting smacked around but having an opening game against Illinois like last year against Iowa would be tough for the team and coaches. The doubts would be amplified just as the confidence will be amplified with a solid win to open the season.

Much more an issue for the three new offensive coaches since TA has never had much involvement on that side of the ball. A lot to fix there but hopefully they’re up to the task.
