The infield dirt area is now concrete, so no. They kept the press box for aesthetics, but maybe should turn that into a resident coffee shop or pub.

I was living near downtown when they were doing that renovation 15ish years ago. Really glad to see it become successful. IUPUI has made a concerted effort to become more of a "real" college vs just commuters. Having near-campus housing is a big part of that.

There's a kick-ass local brewery about two blocks from there, bac in an old neighborhood. Used to be a racing garage for an Indy car team way way way back when. GUggman Haus

Weird that they did that. Why not put in artificial turf for the field and the dirt? (see my post today in the Good Stuff thread - will be posted shortly)

I believe Roger Maris and Rocky Colavito both played at Victory Field/Bush Stadium when it was the home field for the Indianapolis Indians.
