• 2004-2009: Worked to become an all-star coach, training hundreds of players individually, on teams, and in small groups. Began to specialize in a combination of mental and physical conditioning tailored to each player to help them succeed.
• 2009: Founded ATTACK Basketball to teach athletes to play through their mistakes and have the autonomy and direction to have their own inner coach. Developed a training method that focuses on process over outcome, in which skill development is more important than wins and losses.
• 2016: Became a Head Coach with Breakthrough Basketball – coaching thousands of players around the world; leading multiple camps including Overnight College Prep, Elite Guard, Shooting and Ballhandling and more; and writing and improving the camp curriculum to make the training more effective for all attendees.

Might point out that Charlie was much more of an underachiever than Justin Smith will ever be. Maybe that right wing ass kicking that Lil Bobby was distributing must have had some limits.
