not fine-worthy. If anyone should have been fined, it should've been that ass-hat Timberlake along that rotten skank Jackson. She should've been fined for being the owner of something so hideous...lol. However, from what I understand, not many people were all that bothered by it.

They can only fine licensees. That means the broadcast stations themselves, not the network, or the production company, or what we used to derisively call "talent" when I was in TV.
