These are not players buried on the depth chart with just a glimmer of hope of seeing the field. These are captains, first and second stringers, kickers, etc. There is lost hope in a program with these players. It’s a bit unsettling to see that from the true insiders. My humble opinion is that at least a few wanted to see an OC change. When that didn’t materialize the pit lane light came on. Exit.
