Tayven Jackson, Indiana's new leader at QB, has the 'it-factor'

Good story Mason, I am excited to see how Jackson plays Saturday bringing IU a football victory many don't think they will. Our defense will show it is legit and the offense will show life of being able to score many points.

It's a minor thing but the beginning of the article is a bit misleading. Jackson gave up basketball early in his sophomore year. I don't think he ever played a varsity basketball game against Cooper and McCulley.
The other article says

“After his sophomore basketball season, Tayven made his decision. Football stuck.” … once then.

My guess is they likely blew off some steam on the pickup courts this summer … this is Indiana after all.

Great article!! I think he certainly has the potential to be a great QB at Indiana.

The Tennessee fans were gaga over his commitment to them. Tennessee folks know what a good QB looks like, glad we've got him.
