Today alone:
  • He's been accused of cheating exams and paying others to take them for him.
  • Made racist comments and claims about a virus and the country it originated in.
  • Using veterans as guinea pigs for drugs he claims help treat Covid-19
  • Claims the USA has the best mortality rate in the world for Covid-19 and the Fake News won't report on this.
  • Claims the USA invented the telephone, the internet, single-handedly won the two World Wars.
  • Oh, and the small matter of withdrawing the USA from the WHO in the middle of a global pandemic and just as the USA approaches 3 MILLION CASES and has the highest amount of deaths on the planet.

That's in one day. He's had nearly 4 years pulling shite like this.

But....

Obama wore a tan suit once.

Oh, oh....I think he also didn't wear a flag pin once. Worst prez EVER.

What a fecking joke. The fact that this is so normal now only shows how far the country has fallen.

I hope Trump's future home/bunker has a really steep ramp leading into it.

Intentionally tying to normalise the Pandemic too:

Too bad we live in an interconnected world and information is more readily available. Otherwise, he can probably get away with it, back in 1820.
If this isn't a further indication of malfeasance and mismanagement by the Trump regime of the pandemic, not sure what is.

It really is insane how many controversies and scandals the dude has on a daily basis but yet he still has such a hard core following.

I'd like to at least respect him as a POS conman but he's proven to be a complete buffoon.

I can deal with a buffoon as president. Warren Harding was supposedly an idiot who just partied as president and the country sailed into the roaring 20's. This moron unfortunately is power mad and paranoid. That's a dangerous mix.

Who tries to rescind the ACA during the worst unemployment spike in our history?

Who backs out of the WHO during a pandemic?

Who forces cadets to come back to base, quarantine for 14 days so the Narcissist in Chief can give a graduation speech for his ego....all while knowing that Putin has a bounty on their skulls and saying nothing about it?

It's been over a week since bounty gate and he still hasn't said a GD thing. He's mentioned statues of dead traitors a lot though lately.

Speaking of, who copies almost verbatim a speech from George Wallace on the 4th of July during the middle of race riots?

Remember the good days when he would do dumb shit like pull our military out of Syria out of nowhere and basically left Kurd allies defenseless and delivered on a silver platter to be taken over and slaughtered by Turkey and guess who again, Russia?

He pulled us out of the Paris Agreement, The Iran Nuclear Deal, The Trans-Pacific Partnership and several key NATO treaties which everyone can see a mile away that he's wanting to pull out of NATO altogether.

He's sells America First but he delivers America Alone.

To your point, any one of his scandals would cripple another candidate but we're now simply used to it.

Remember when he was found guilty of defrauding a charity? Now he or any member of his family can't have a charity in New York? I mean good God the levels of corruption with this fraud.

Remember him trying to intimidate witnesses in real time during the impeachment trials?

Remember when he gave ambassador positions to guys who gave him money?

Remember the medal of freedom awarded to Rush Limbaugh?

It's a complete clown show.

Other than the 1% and his tax breaks what base is better off now? Farmers are struggling. There's riots in the streets. We have the worst death rates in the world for a global pandemic even though we went frikken last and have the best health care system (just wait til it hits smaller, rural areas that share one small hospital). Our citizens are at each other's throats and I'm a lifelong left leaning libertarian that has turned into a ranting, raving Democrat right now.

Overall we are a much dangerously weaker country than we were just three years ago.

We're not even allowed into Europe or Mexico. We are the riff raff of the world who elected a reality TV host/internet troll.

Trump is a threat beyond party and I can't believe that Republicans are not just united in removing him (they had a golden chance at redemption with the impeachment but F'd that up also) but as we see on this board some very smart people will defend him for.... I really have no idea why.

I would hope if say the Dems nominated Cuban and he tried to damage the country and party as badly as Trump has they would primary him or impeach him....not be scared kittens like Susan Collins and say 'I think he learned his lesson'.

So yeah, Republicans need to pay for their stupidity.

Remember when Bush Sr. ran on character and family values? Remember when the Pubs impeached Clinton because of moral character?

Today they keep turning a blind eye so much that their heads spin like the Exorcist.

I've said it a thousand times, Trump is going to pummel the republican party and you could see it a mile away but especially after the 2018 elections....but the party was too scared and paralyzed to save themselves. Instead they doubled down other than Romney.

That (dumb) bet is definitely not going to pay off.

But I bet if a democrat POTUS gets elected next, they will be up in arms over the next tan suit. And the former Trumpsters will be saying ... '' you see, he ain't any better. They are all corrupt, lying bastards.''

And all of the hundreds of illegal, petty, ignorant or stupid Trump acts will all have been conveniently forgotten.

Followed by calls for the next Benghazi... loud as hell to boot with the inevitable 'lock him up.'

Roger Stone: Trump spares ex-adviser from prison, sparking critics' anger

US President Donald Trump has commuted the prison sentence of his longtime ally and former adviser Roger Stone.

The move - sparing Stone from jail but not a pardon - came just after a court denied Stone's request to delay the start date of his 40-month prison term.
He was convicted of lying to Congress, obstruction and witness tampering.
Stone was the sixth Trump aide found guilty on charges linked to a justice department probe that alleged Russia tried to boost the Trump 2016 campaign.
The 67-year-old had been due to report to a federal prison in Jesup, Georgia, next Tuesday.
But Susan Collins said that he had learnt his lesson after he was impeached.....

This should be some of the biggest news in American history, a president commuting the sentence of a man who lied to protect him. But in Trump's America its just another day at teh office.

Its terrifying how quickly this type of behaviour became normalised. This is the actions of a dictator and there should be country wide mass protests and demands for him to step down, but there won't.

And btw in another late Friday development, Bill Burr has appointed Seth D. DuCharme as the acting attorney for the EDNY. Richard Donoghue the former acting attorney for the EDNY has been "reassigned". I'm sure Seth knows what not to investigate in order to keep his job.

Amazing. And yet nobody seems to be up in arms over any of these 'manoeuvres'. I am guessing people are just all tapped out. Nothing or no one seems to be bothered -- democrats or otherwise.

Yeah, only certain politicians can pull it off (according to Republicans).

Text her! Collins, McConnell and Pence should also be asked about this repeatedly. Doesn't matter how they answer. Just keep asking the question.,

Too often we vent about how these people enable Trump, but they should be asked about it and their responses recorded.

Worms should not get reelected.

The level of blatent corruption is unbelievable.

He does an impeach able act almost weekly.

He thinks the presidency is another one of his failed businesses where he gets to be the monarch.

What's most interesting is Romney has stood up to his insanity and has been labeled as a republican outcast...he will be one of the few Republicans who won't have to sweat out his re-election.

Good for him. The party needs more Romney-ism and less Trump-ism if it wants to build trust back with the American people.

Mitt may be able to salvage the Republican Party after Trump is gone.

How much diff is there compare to Russia, China, Pakistan, Brazil, Turkey, Hungary or some other country under the control of a corrupt regime from a political standpoint?
Its not a leader of the free world anymore. Its disgusting from every perspective.

How quick the downfall has come.

Drain the Swamp...LOL
The Trump administration is breathtakingly corrupt. This Stone quote is nauseating...

“I had 29 or 30 conversations with Trump during the campaign period,” he reminded me. “He knows I was under enormous pressure to turn on him. It would have eased my situation considerably. But I didn’t. They wanted me to play Judas. I refused.”

Stone is clearly admitting that he is covering up Trumps criminal activity and Trump commutes his sentence. In Trump-world it’s just another Friday night. I sure hope this nightmare ends in November.

Twitter is grumbling about the story on how the White House is asking them to send covid data to them and not to the cdc.

So yeah, do you trust the white house to be the owner of that data? Lol

January can't get here soon enough (especially if college hoops is back, we should have our best team under Miller oh and hopefully 'Trumpism' will be gone).

Its amazing how brazen he must have felt by admitting to all that -- brought to you by Trump's America.

The Trump Presidency perfectly summed up -- certainly the commercialisation aspect, in two tweets:

Who would have thought that the new right-wing culture war would revolve around --- not wearing masks during a pandemic --- but owning the libtards by buying 10 years worth of a specific bean manufacturer to store them in bunkers for Biden's America apocalypse?

Gassy future ahead.

How long do you think it will take to recover from the TRump Disaster? The global reputation I suspect will take a couple of presidencies at least --- unless this last clusterfeck four years has opened up a wormhole of the loonies.
I don't know if the damage can be repaired in my lifetime (I'm 59) if at all.
There's to much ignorance and no shame for being that way. Trump has to lose and lose in a resounding way. There can't be any half measures that his coalition of halfwits and corrupters could point at and say the election was stolen. There has to investigations and public summations of the entire laundry list of crap that has taken place for the last 4 years. If it's shady it needs to have a light shined on it for the world and the dim to see. If it's illegal people have to go to jail. Everything needs to be looked at from Russian interference, to bounties, to putting kids in cages at the border. And the republican party needs to be there (if that term applies to what's left) asking the same questions and demanding the same results. If they aren't willing to flush this out of the American system they need to be painted with the shit stain that is rump.

I really don’t get the tan suit thing that comes up here all the time. President Obama looked good in that. I don’t remember a controversy over it and don’t see why there would have been. It was apparently traumatic for some of you.

I'm sure it was an issue for the fringes. Everything is an issue for the fringes. I don't remember any seriou complaints at all about the suit. If I heard any, I'm sure I dismissed them or made fun of them because I think it's a good looking suit for President Obama.

As a Navy guy I'm a little partial to khaki tones, though my wife says khaki wasn't a good color for me. She like the Navy Blue uniforms better. Navy Blue is really just black.

That clip I posted wasn't as complete as others I've seen. In others, they show the whole Fox-verse weighing in. And I remember hearing about it at the time. It was the ultimate display of ODS.

I honestly don't remember any controversy at all over that suit. I don't pay a lot of attention to baseless and/or stupid criticism though.
